Director, Performance Enablement
Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world’s operating rooms into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data.
Our Intelligence Suite transforms operating room (OR) performance, keeping teams in sync and workflows on track to maximise throughput. Simultaneously our computer vision and AI capabilities capture real-time data and detect surgical events – improving quality of data outputs. The result: ORs are optimised like never before – with predictive analytics and automated notifications ensuring patients and staff are in the right place at the right time.

Position Overview
Proximie is seeking a Director, Performance Enablement to run the planning, measurement, and execution disciplines that will scale our Americas Delivery organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Delivery & Operations, Americas, this role owns the shared Delivery operating system: portfolio reviews, demand and capacity forecasting, performance reporting, risk and dependency tracking, decision follow-through, and delivery economics.
The VP sets Delivery strategy, structure, and priorities. The Director turns those priorities into operating plans and reliable information, helping functional leaders deliver consistently and keeping the Voice of Customer present across functions.
The ideal candidate pairs analytical operating expertise with sound customer and executive judgment. They build practical infrastructure, make sure it sticks, and support executive conversations on analytics methodology and customer value, without taking on account ownership or clinical advisory work.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Central or Eastern time zones, with occasional travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Partner with the VP, Delivery & Operations to turn the Americas Delivery strategy into measurable operating plans, milestones, and owners.
Run the Delivery operating cadence across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, including portfolio and performance reviews, leadership reporting, and decision and action tracking.
Create a single, reliable view of Delivery performance so leadership can see what is on track, what is at risk, and what decisions are needed.
Own demand and capacity planning, building forward-looking models that connect contracts, pipeline, implementation schedules, and growth to required staffing and skills.
Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and People teams to surface capacity and capability gaps before customer commitments are affected.
Maintain shared tracking of customer and delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations, with consistent definitions agreed with functional and account owners.
Operationalize how Proximie measures and demonstrates customer value, coordinating baselines, ROI methodology, and outcome tracking with Customer Success, Clinical, Data/Analytics, and Finance.
Build a repeatable way to capture validated customer wins and data stories for use in renewals, expansion, references, and new-logo growth.
Maintain the shared customer lifecycle framework, from commercial handoff through implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion, including standards, SOPs, and RACI.
Assess the Delivery implications of new deals, expansions, and contractual commitments so they are achievable and economically sound.
Partner with Finance to measure Delivery effort and unit economics, including cost per surgical case, and model how product complexity affects scalability.
Define Delivery metrics, data ownership, and dashboards with analytics teams, and automate manual work to reduce the burden on customer-facing teams.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and surface delivery insights to Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and executive leadership.
Serve as a first-line executive contact on approved analytics and ROI methodology, routing clinical, technical, and account decisions to their accountable owners.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, PMO, or strategy and operations, including 3+ years leading operating cadences for a multi-function organization.
Proven experience building capacity, resource, or workforce planning models tied to pipeline and growth.
Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in unit economics, ROI measurement, or delivery cost modeling.
Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that leaders actually use to make decisions.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management, with the judgment to influence without taking over ownership.
Nice to have
Experience in health tech, medtech, or enterprise SaaS serving hospitals and health systems.
Familiarity with customer value realization programs, performance guarantees, or outcomes-based commitments.
Understanding of hospital and OR operations metrics, such as OR utilization and throughput.
Experience supporting the economics of AI, analytics, or data-intensive products.
Experience scaling operations in a high-growth, venture-backed company.
