Responsibilities
Support and manage in-flight commercial opportunities and assist in advancing them through proposal development and contract execution, building trusted partnerships with leading health systems, hospitals, and IDNs.
Maintain and update account records, tracking key contacts including decision-makers and clinical champions, to support deal progression and flag potential expansion opportunities to senior leadership within existing and pipeline relationships.
Support senior commercial leadership in engaging clinical and operational stakeholders and connecting Proximie's platform to measurable outcomes that resonate across the account.
Coordinate internally across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Product, ensuring every account benefits from a coordinated internal effort that drives retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value.
Maintain pipeline records and CRM accuracy to give leadership real-time visibility into deal health, conversion rates, and revenue trajectory.
Stay informed on relevant market trends and competitor developments to better support senior leadership's account and commercial strategy.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B experience in sales support, account management, or customer success in the healthcare or healthtech space.
Familiarity with or exposure to complex sales environments within health systems, hospitals, or IDNs, with comfort engaging clinical and operational contacts.
Experience with consultative selling and outcomes-based sales approaches, with the ability to support the preparation of customer-facing materials that connect Proximie's platform to relevant clinical and operational outcomes.
Ability to support deal execution, following established processes to advance originated opportunities under the guidance of senior commercial leadership.
Strong CRM discipline and comfort with pipeline management and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Willingness to travel nationally to engage health system partners and attend key industry events.
Nice to Have
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-scaling startup environments.
SaaS or technology industry experience, particularly in clinical or surgical settings.
