Junior Product and Marketing Designer
Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world’s operating rooms into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data.
Our Intelligence Suite transforms operating room (OR) performance, keeping teams in sync and workflows on track to maximise throughput. Simultaneously our computer vision and AI capabilities capture real-time data and detect surgical events – improving quality of data outputs. The result: ORs are optimised like never before – with predictive analytics and automated notifications ensuring patients and staff are in the right place at the right time.
Once practitioners are in the OR, our Surgical Suite enables real-time remote access and creates a secure video record of every procedure; improving training, education, and collaboration. It is an intuitive asset which helps instil a culture of continuous learning, accelerates the adoption of cutting-edge medical devices, and enhances surgical performance across the entire global workforce – improving outcomes and saving lives.
Proximie was commercialised in 2019 and is available in over 500 facilities globally.

Position Overview
Design at Proximie is not decorative - it is foundational. Our products are used in operating rooms around the world, where clarity, usability, and trust are not nice-to-haves but clinical imperatives. The work our design team does directly shapes how surgical teams interact with technology at some of the most critical moments in a patient's care.
As we expand our product suite across operating rooms globally, we're looking for a talented junior designer who wants to grow their craft in an environment where design genuinely matters. This is an early-career role with real scope - you won't be making coffee or building decks in isolation. From day one, you'll be contributing to live product work and helping shape how Proximie shows up in the world.
The role is split across two areas: approximately 60% product design and 40% marketing and commercial design. On the product side, you'll be embedded in our product team, working alongside product managers and engineers to bring Proximie's UI to life. On the commercial side, you'll be the creative force behind the materials that help our sales and marketing teams tell Proximie's story — from pitch decks and one-pagers to digital assets and event collateral.
You'll report into the senior Product Designer on a day-to-day basis in Beirut, with a dotted line to the Director of Product based in London. It's a role that offers genuine breadth - the chance to develop fluency across both product and brand design, work with a global team, and build a portfolio that reflects work you're proud of.
