Position Overview
Proximie’s Intelligence Suite is transforming operating room performance across the globe. By leveraging ambient computer vision and AI, it synchronises surgical teams, optimises workflows, and maximises OR throughput. Our technology captures real-time intraoperative data, detects surgical events automatically, and integrates seamlessly with EHR systems. The result is predictive analytics and automated notifications that keep operating rooms running at their best - eliminating manual data entry, improving accuracy, and enhancing decision-making in real time.
As adoption of our Intelligence Suite accelerates across hospitals and health systems, Proximie is expanding its Clinical Analytics function to deliver deeper, more actionable insights to our customers. We are seeking a Clinical Analytics Lead to shape and deliver advanced analytics capabilities for our UK, European, and META customers.
This role will be pivotal in translating data into meaningful insights that demonstrate return on investment, optimise OR efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in clinical operations. You will partner closely with customers, understanding their operational challenges, delivering bespoke analytics solutions, and guiding them in maximising the value of Proximie’s data-driven tools.
We are looking for a strategic and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of hospital and health system operations, particularly for surgery. You will combine technical and analytical rigour with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively. You’ll need to be comfortable diving into datasets as you are engaging with senior stakeholders, helping them interpret insights that drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver bespoke analytics capabilities, including analysis of operational and clinical workflows, hospital performance metrics, and ROI assessments.
- Lead continuous insight generation, from trend analysis to post-launch evaluation enabling customers to optimise OR performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for workflow and process improvement across hospital and healthcare systems, and map how Proximie’s solutions can drive measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Support teams to translate data-driven insights into improved product adoption, clinical engagement, and install base growth.
- Provide customer-derived insights and performance data to inform Proximie’s product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to articulate the value of Proximie’s data and analytics capabilities, shaping proposals and strategic partnerships.
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams in building scalable frameworks and repeatable processes that help hospitals extract maximum value from Proximie’s solutions.
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify emerging trends, technologies, and business models that inform enterprise strategy and product positioning.
- Contribute to ideation and prioritisation of new analytics features and capabilities that extend the value of the Proximie Intelligence Suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep experience in healthcare analytics or clinical operations, ideally within hospitals, surgical environments, or health systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that improve operational performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Deep understanding of perioperative or procedural workflows, and how data informs decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools highly desirable such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualisation and reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and bridging the gap between technical and clinical audiences.
- Commercial acumen, with demonstrated experience using analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve product adoption, or demonstrate value to enterprise customers.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable operating across matrixed teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver shared outcomes.
- Self-starter who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise and execute effectively across multiple customer engagements
