Position Overview
As Senior Manager, Global Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Proximie’s global marketing strategy with a focus on continued market access and growth in the US. Acting as the right hand to the VP of Global Marketing & EU Sales, you will be responsible for translating high-level business objectives into integrated marketing initiatives that support commercial outcomes, enhance brand equity, and accelerate global growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a commercially oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will serve as a key bridge between the marketing function and other critical areas of the business most notably Sales, Product, Clinical, and Executive Leadership ensuring that marketing not only supports but drives revenue, customer engagement, and market expansion.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence the end-to-end marketing journey from brand positioning and messaging architecture to tactical execution across content, events, campaigns, and sales enablement. With Proximie operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology, you'll be expected to bring both creative storytelling and data-driven thinking to your work, balancing strategic oversight with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute with excellence.
This role requires a confident communicator and strong collaborator who can operate with a business-first mindset, bringing structure, rigor, and innovation to how we position our platform in an evolving and competitive market. You will also help cultivate a high-performing marketing culture that values accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Continuously align team marketing activities closely with commercial priorities, OKRs, and growth targets.
- Partner with regional sales and customer success teams both in the US and around the globe to identify content gaps, support deal acceleration, and drive pipeline conversion.
- Enable sales and customer success teams with the right messaging to help customers understand the product; and the product teams understand the customer.
- Guide the development and maintenance of impactful sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and customer narratives.
- Support product positioning, messaging, and pricing for Proximie’s solutions, considering value proposition, target audience, and wider market implications.
- Support the development of acquisition focused integrated marketing campaigns for the US as part of the global strategy, including but not limited to social and content marketing campaigns.
- Write and oversee the creation of persuasive, on-brand content from blog posts to executive briefs and customer success stories.
- Effectively manage press releases, media relations, and corporate communications in collaboration with PR agency partners.
- Continuously elevate the Proximie brand through consistent messaging, compelling storytelling, and high-quality content across all channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Executive teams to ensure alignment of messaging, priorities, and execution.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and providing feedback to elevate performance and quality of work.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience in adapting a global strategy to regional strategy and tactical execution.
- Experience engaging, understanding, and working with sales, customer success and product teams.
- Experience managing and forecasting regional budgetary spend.
- Experience with managing external partners such as PR agencies.
- Proficiency in managing communication with internal and external audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 10+ years managing a B2B/Vertical marketing team, healthcare or med tech a plus but not required.
