Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Software Developer in Test (SDET) who is passionate about leveraging technology for a critical cause: enhancing global healthcare delivery. As our new Software Developer in Test, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our software solutions. You will be tasked with developing and updating automated testing frameworks that keep our products at the cutting edge of healthcare technology. If you're keen on tackling challenging problems and delivering high-quality, impactful software, we want you on our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Improve and enforce quality assurance methodologies.
- Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in software quality assurance roles.
- Proven track record in developing and enhancing automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with UI testing frameworks like Puppeteer, Cypress, and Selenium.
- Strong proficiency in test automation.
- Good knowledge of Javascript/TypeScript and Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with cloud provider services such as AWS.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of video streaming technologies and performance metrics.
- Experience with Docker for containerised development/testing.
- Knowledge of Git and continuous integration workflows.
