Position Overview
Reporting into the Operations Lead, the Operations Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in delivering a robust and reliable supply chain as well as optimising logistical operations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in order management and logistics with a background in international trade.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate shipments of hardware to and from customers.
- Management of open orders from receipt through to fulfilment ensuring all data is being registered accurately.
- Create and review accurate import/export paperwork to facilitate seamless customs clearance while maintaining compliance with all international trade regulations.
- Support ad-hoc procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase order management.
- Analyse supply chain data to support demand planning and forecasting, improving stock management and fulfilment efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in operations, order management & logistics.
- Strong understanding of 3PL management, import/export documentation, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM & ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting methodologies is a plus.
